We love all of our clients at Curves Guru, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again.

Policy

Deposit & Cancelation Policy

A $20 non-refundable deposit that goes towards the balance of your services is required. No Deposit. No appointment.

Please give me a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice. After 24 hours, your deposit will be retained and cannot be used for any services.

If you do not cancel and reschedule or do not show up to your appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded.

 

Late Policy

A 15-minute grace policy will be given to all appointments. If you are a no show, your deposit will not be refunded.

Please make sure to arrive at your appointment time only. Clients are booked back to back, and no waiting rooms are available. If you arrive before your appointment time, you will have to wait in your car.
